You can bring up the voice dialer by keeping the send key pressed. You can also bring it up when your are in a call and conference the new person in using the menu option.
Enter the number you wish to call in the dialer, You can tap on the phone number you typed in to start the call.
Try pressing the send button to add a new person to the call.
