Use “Nightwatch” to show a bedside clock when its plugged in to the charger/usb port. It also speaks out the time when you touch it.

String your SMS messages together

Use Chompsms, its way better than the default sms app and allows you to view your sms messages as a thread.

Track users visiting your site on your phone

Use Mobile GA to look at Google Analytics on your phone.

Get your phone back if you lose it

Use “Contact Owner” to display your information even if your phone is locked. Else, the finder can’t get the phone back to you if its locked.

Loose weight using Android

Use Absolute Fitness to track what you eat and the calories you burn. “Merely measuring something has an uncanny tendency to improve it.”

Play a game in the real world using GPS

Use JOYity. A location based game with people in your proximity. I believe the technical term for it is Geocaching.

Use Pocket Auctions. Use Auction Sniper if you really want to win an auction though.

Increase your memory

Use Mem. Shows you colors and sound patterns that that you have to recollect. This increases your memory, not your phones ;)
